Friends of Beard Benefit Dinner

On Saturday, February 10th The American in Kansas City hosted a dinner in support of the James Beard Foundation’s mission to celebrate, nurture and honor America’s finest culinary students, chefs and scribes. The James Beard Foundation Benefit Dinner, a tradition on behalf of the renowned culinary arts organization, is the nation’s longest running Friends of James Beard fundraiser event.

 

Our Wine Director Micah Clark curated the wine experience to accompany dishes from a selection of Guest Chefs - Andrew Longres, Jeremy Fox, Jeremiah Langhorne, Mark Ludgaard Nielsen, John Shields, James Syhabout and Brady Williams.
